The lowest age people on Tartlet can be is 13. Do not post any explicit, specially brutal, or sexual content, or otherwise 18+ content to keep everyone safe. This also accounts for slugs related to NSFW, that might get deleted.
Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where required, reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Selling or buying Tartlet slugs for real currency is prohibited. This counts for money transfer and game currencies or gift cards. Breaking this rule means an immediate ban from the site. Commisions for decorating URLs are okay!
Trying to find any loopholes for things listed and not listed in the rules (for example the 5 slug per 24h limit) will be treated seriously and appropriate measures will be taken, from deleting your URLs up to permament account deletion.
First of all, respect other's boundaries. If someone doesn't want inspiration to be taken off them, respect them. Respect the work of other creators. Do not copy or redistribute another user's content without permission.. Templates on our discord exist for a reason!
We do not tolerate hate speech either. Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Once we find out your values dont align with the values of Tartlet, your account will be banned and your URLs wiped.
Last of all, we ask that you are respectful to our staff. While this is a passion project, we also have our own lives outside of this, and we additionally are all around 18. Van is the only person who maintains the website on it's own, so please just be patient with her.
Do not upload or distribute content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, malware, phishing pages, credential stealers, or other malicious software.
Do not impersonate any users, or any of the staff members in any manner. This will conclude with an IP ban when found out.
Serious misconduct that occurs outside of Tartlet may still result in moderation action if it poses a risk to the safety, security, or community of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment of users or staff, credible threats, distribution of malicious software, scams, doxxing, or other behavior that negatively impacts the Tartlet community. Enforcement is at the sole discretion of the Tartlet staff team.
Usernames and Slugs must be used. Name squatting or slug hoarding without giving them any genuine use will result in reassigning them.
All staff decisions, unless stated otherwise are final. You can appeal, but there is no guarantee that it will be accepted.
Refrain from using slugs based on explicitly incestuous / pro-abuse / tcc media. Mentioning your affiliation towards profiction is acceptable so long as it’s not elaborated on to avoid exposing children to such content.
Founding this rule to be broken is going to result in a permament IP ban.
These rules are not intended to be an exhaustive list of prohibited behavior. Tartlet staff may take moderation action against any content or conduct that they reasonably believe is harmful to its users, or the community, even if it is not explicitly listed in these Site Rules or the Terms of Service. All moderation decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Tartlet staff team.
